Tsedar is a preventive longevity care platform designed to make medical-grade health optimization more personalized. We combine scientific rigor, medical oversight, and a phased care model to deliver measurable health outcomes, starting with functional foods and beverages and evolving towards bespoke protocols for measurable sustainable outcomes.
Explor the method
We started Tsedar because after 2 decades of practising conventional medicine, we became increasingly aware of its limitations. Too often, healthcare focuses on managing and optimising symptoms rather than understanding and addressing the underlying causes of disease. Despite our best efforts, we felt we were not always delivering the long term health outcomes our patients deserved.
We believe the future of medicine lies in the integration of evidence-based clinical care, advanced technology and systems biology. Rather than treating isolated symptoms, systems-based approach seeks to understand how genetics, lifestyle, nutrition, environment and physiology interact to influence health and disease.
At Tsedar, our aim is to identify and address the root causes of illness, empower individuals with personalised insights, and help people achieve better health, resilience and logevity. We are building a new model of care - one that is proactive rather than reactive, personalized rather than generic and focused on optimising lifelong wellbeing rather than simply managing disease.
Functional oils were chosen as the entry point because they fit naturally into daily life while still carrying real clinical intent. Instead of overwhelming people with a full medical system on day one, Tsedar begins with a practical intervention that is easier to adopt consistently. Functional food is the begining not the whole story.
The larger vision is to integrate physician-supervised technology integration, for bespoke outcome-based programs for longterm tracking to ensure... to be continued.
Every claim we make is backed by published studies and open data. No marketing secrets.
We follow strict molecular reasoning to build absorbable formulas that deliver real systemic results.
We work with preventive medicine specialists to curate safe, lifelong longevity protocols.
We track progress and reformulate constantly based on patient response and clinical data.
Functional foods are the entry point. What we're building is an integrated health platform; physician-led, test-based, and designed around your body's data.
Pulmonologist & Internal Medicine Consultant | Founder, Tsedar
For two decades, the NHS gave me the privilege of caring for people as a pulmonologist and internal medicine consultant. It gave me the skills, experience and clinical perspective to understand disease deeply. But years of shift work, long hours and nights eventually took their toll. Exhaustion and burnout forced me to pause and question not only how I was practising medicine, but what it truly meant to help someone become well. Then, almost unexpectedly, a chance trip to reconnect with an old friend opened the door to functional medicine.
It sparked something I had been missing: a fascination with understanding and addressing the root causes of illness rather than simply managing symptoms. What followed was a renewed passion for medicine — one that brought together the best of conventional medical science with a more holistic approach to health. Instead of waiting for disease to appear and then treating it, I became increasingly interested in building the foundations of health first: clean nutrition, purposeful movement, restorative sleep and meaningful connection. From there comes optimisation — understanding where you are today, tracking what matters, intervening where needed, and continually refining what your body needs to function at its best. That philosophy became Tsedar.
Tsedar is an initiative built around a simple idea: health is not merely the absence of disease; it is something we can actively build, measure and optimise. We start by laying the foundations — nutrition, movement, sleep and connection — before using meaningful data and personalised interventions to track, improve and optimise health. My journey has taken me from treating disease to asking a different question: What if we could help people build such strong foundations for health that disease becomes less likely in the first place? That is the purpose of Tsedar: to move from simply managing symptoms to understanding the person, addressing root causes, and helping people live healthier, more resilient and more fulfilled lives.
"Health isn't merely the absence of disease — it's something we can actively build, measure, and optimise."
Head & Neck Cancer Surgeon | Founder, Tsedar
As a surgeon, I have always been driven by facts, not fluff. I was the kind of doctor who would probably have rolled my eyes whenever someone mentioned nutrition, nature therapy, or lifestyle as medicine. I believed in evidence, surgery, and measurable outcomes. During the later years of my training, I pivoted into Head and Neck Cancer surgery. It was there that I realised successful outcomes were not determined solely by a technically perfect operation or clear surgical margins. The patients who recovered best often had something more. Good nutrition. Physical resilience. A positive mindset. Strong social support. The ability to move, heal, and rebuild after treatment. At the same time, I saw the incidence of cancer continuing to rise. It was no longer a disease confined to old age—it was affecting younger people and families with increasing frequency. I began asking a different question: not just how do we treat disease, but how do we help prevent it and optimise health long before illness develops? That journey led me to integrative and longevity medicine. Tsedar is the culmination of that journey.
To me, successful healthcare is not simply about treating disease. It is about integrating prevention, treatment, recovery, and long-term maintenance into one personalised approach. As Founder, my vision for Tsedar is to build a platform that brings together the best of evidence-based medicine with nutrition, functional foods, movement, biomarkers, surveillance, mindset, and emerging technologies. Not as competing philosophies, but as complementary tools that empower people to take ownership of their health. Our ambition is simple: to help people stay healthier for longer, recover better when illness occurs, and add life to years—not just years to life. That is what Tsedar stands for.
"Successful healthcare isn't just about treating disease — it's about adding life to years, not just years to life."
Head of Technology, Product Management & Strategy, Tsedar
My interest in using technology to improve human health began with my early research into how AI and Big Data could be used to analyse human genome data. It sparked a belief that has stayed with me ever since: technology is most powerful when it can solve problems that genuinely matter to people. That is what drew me to Tsedar. Its vision of helping people live healthier, longer lives through science, nutrition, technology and everyday choices deeply resonates with my own sense of purpose. I see longevity not simply as adding years to life, but as helping people make those years healthier, more active and more meaningful. At Tsedar, I have the opportunity to bring my passion for technology, product innovation and strategy together with a purpose I genuinely believe in. As Head of Technology, Product Management & Strategy, my goal is to help turn Tsedar’s vision into products and experiences that make better health more accessible, actionable and part of everyday life. For me, Tsedar is more than a technology or health company - it is an opportunity to use what I know to build something that can create a meaningful impact on how people live and age.
"Longevity isn't simply adding years to life — it's helping people make those years healthier, more active, and more meaningful."
